Dr. Allen Jay
Board-qualified internist in practice in Orange County, California, since 1982. For the past 15+ years, Dr. Jay has limited his practice exclusively to weight loss and nutritional medicine — making him one of the most experienced medical weight loss physicians in Southern California.
Dr. Bijan Mashouf
Board-certified physician with a special interest in nutrition and fitness. Dr. Mashouf joined Soboba to provide patients with compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's weight loss journey and long-term health goals.
